HMCA 2025 Committee Topics

Here is the list of the 15 committees and their briefing topics that will be offered at HMCA 2025.

Please wait at least 7 days after paying all fees to receive committee assignments. For school delegations, all students must submit their preference forms to receive their committee and role assignments.

ASEAN is a double delegate committee, which means that two delegates will represent the same country. Both delegates must list each other when ranking their committee preferences, and delegates will be evaluated as a partnership.

G20 and Senate HELP are novice committees, which is a committee for those who are beginners to Harvard Model Congress. This therefore offers a space for beginner delegates to discuss and debate with other beginner delegates. There will be additional attention to giving delegates instructions before committee starts and guidance throughout the conference.
